Victor Orozco is the founder of Inner Arts & Media. He is a patient, and flexible independent Creative & Art Director with over 20 years of graphic design and marketing experience. Using his design background, he is most passionate about creating strategic visual identities to best fit our clients’ brand strategy and what sets them apart visually.

Brand and Marketing Refresh, Content Plan, and Website
Alumidock had a self-taught internal marketing person, and the President wanted to find a marketing organization that knew best practices and could represent his brand in the way he envisioned. He had strong ideas, creativity, and messaging but did not have the technical ability to develop marketing strategies to attract customers to the company.
The Challenge
The project started with a thorough review of the business's current operations and technology. A CRM system was set up to measure marketing performance and provide the ability to communicate regularly with customers. We held several A Nu-Way™ Branding sessions with customers participating and defined the brand strategy and its personality, visual, and written style based on customer needs. A tagline process resulted in "Durable Beauty that Lasts Generations," which connected with what customers love about the brand. Refreshing the logo helped set a new tone for the brand's look and feel. A redesigned website on a new platform with foundational search-optimized content made it the hub for customers to learn and have a great buying experience. We revamped Google AdWords and developed a foundation for ongoing marketing campaigns.

New Brand and Website to Address Competition
Marco Racheli, the owner of Aurora Epoxy Coating, sought a professional, functional, and visually compelling website. Marco is an engineer who founded his business, installing resinous flooring systems for residential and commercial customers a few years ago. While it is a relatively new and highly technical industry, the number of competitors is growing, and he needed to stand out. He had tried do-it-yourself and offshore options for his website that did not produce effective results. The other significant opportunity was streamlining his daily processes, such as quotations and scheduling appointments.
The Challenge
We started with developing a brand definition, tagline, and logo that set Aurora Epoxy Coatings apart from all others in the area. The branding discovery session included multiple customers for real-time feedback. The new website is the latest technology, including search-optimized content and a custom photo shoot for branded visuals.
